If you have already followed the steps to correct your address or it is already correct, but you have received an email informing you it is incorrect, please follow the process below before contacting our Customer Service team.
Step 1
Log into your Backoffice and click "Fix Address", located at the top of the home page.
Step 2
Once the page loads, scroll down and then click "Address Correct." The page will then reload and your order will be pushed to ship within 24-48 business hours.
